This guided tour of the village and town will include "significant Native American, American Revolution, arts, sports and early industrial locations," organizers note. Town Historian Steve Cobb -- who curated the "Through the Years" exhibit earlier this summer -- will lead the trip.

There will be with off-the-bus stops at four locations.

The cost is $64 for HSRC members and $69 for non-members, and includes the bus transportation, guided tour by Cobb, and lunch at Haverstraw's Union Restaurant, including the tip. Buy tickets here.

The bus will leave the Haverstraw Village Municipal Parking Lot, at the corner of New Main Street and Maple Avenue, at 9:30 a.m. It will return at midday for lunch, which should conclude around 2 pm.
