HAVERSTRAW, N.Y. -- Haverstraw RiverArts offers a screening of the documentary, "This House Matters" Sunday, June 5 at 1 p.m., Central Presbyterian Church, Haverstraw.
The film will kick off the Food Crawl, a food sampling walking tour featuring 15 restaurants from 2 to 6 p.m.
It looks at the successes and failures of trying to preserve and restore several sandstone historic houses in the Hudson Valley.
The food crawl highlights the diverse culinary options in Haverstraw, according to its organizers, Haverstraw RiverArts and the Village of Haverstraw
There will also be a cash bar and a food truck, 5 Senses Food Truck. The truck will be located at Sterling Bank, 38 New Main St.
Parking will be available there and across at Village Hall, 40 New Main St.
From there, participants may walk with official food crawl tour guides or on their own.
