The show, starring George Oliphant, is making over the home of Roxeanne Watson, a Nanuet resident who has become an advocate for organ donation after receiving a heart.

Watson has signed up more than 10,000 people to be organ donors.

"Roxeanne has been on our radar for quite some time now," Oliphant said. "We know through social media she's an avid fan of the show."

After hearing her story, producers went to her house and saw she needed her yard done so she can continue to host her heart parties, where she celebrates her organ donation.

"Redoing her yard would be a great way to do something nice," Oliphant said. "By signing people up to be organ donors, she's saved countless lives. It's a miracle of science. Organ donation is important, it gives people hope."

Oliphant said they have big plans for Watson's yard and he said it will be quite the undertaking.

"We always go big on 'George To The Rescue,' Oliphant said. "We're very exciting. We're going to make it special for her."

Oliphant said he is most excited for Watson to see the finished product.

"The big reveal can be really overwhelming," Oliphant said. "It's very special. This is a wonderful opportunity to give back and do something for someone who wouldn't be able to do it themselves. Every time I get to do a reveal, it's like winning the Super Bowl."
