Police were dispatched to a work zone in New Hempstead on Monday night, following reports of the overturned truck. Upon arrival, officers said that it was determined that a piston on the dump truck had broken while unloading cargo, causing the bed to become dislodged and unstable. It then toppled over.

Police said that there were no injuries reported in the strange incident, and the truck has since been removed from the scene for repair.
