ORANGE COUNTY, N.Y. -- After months of investigations, a former Orange County Republican insider and campaign manager is accused of grand larceny for stealing more than $120,000 from three Orange County candidates campaigns, according to Time Warner Cable News.
Carmen Dubaldi, 48, was charged by the Ulster District Attorney Holley Carnright with three counts of felony grand larceny and other charges. Dubaldi turned himself in to state police on Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to the charges, said Time Warner Cable News.
The district attorney says Dubaldi stole the money from the campaign funds of state Sen. Bill Larkin, former Orange County Executive Edward Diana and Orange County Clerk Annie Rabbit, said Time Warner Cable News.
