Jazz The Cat Is The Hi Tor Animal Care Center's Pet Of The Week

POMONA, N.Y. -- The Hi Tor Animal Care Center's Pet of the Week is a 9-year-old female cat named Jazz, according to a Facebook post Wednesday.

Jazz was surrendered because of her owners' allergies, according to the post. While she does get along well with other cats, she is "unsure" about dogs and should not be adopted by a family with young children.

Jazz also is polydactyl, meaning she has "lots of extra toes," according to the Facebook post.
