MONTICELLO, N.Y. -- New York State Police arrested a Monticello man accused of selling a boat trailer that he didn't own, according to Time Warner Cable News.
Andrew Concors, 55, was charged with grand larceny and scheme to defraud, troopers said, added TWC News.
Troopers said they received a complaint that Concors had sold a boat trailer to a man in Sullivan County, who then found out it belonged to someone else, said Time Warner Cable News.
Police said the trailer's owner says she had hired Concors to deliver and store the boat trailer. Police suggest anyone who has purchased a boat or trailer from Concors should verify the VIN number, and if there are any discrepancies, to contact them, reported TWC News.
