Dive teams and water rescue units from the Westchester County police have resumed their search Friday for a woman who was seen on a surveillance video jumping from the Bear Mountain Bridge around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The woman's jump was discovered by New York State Park Police when they reviewed a surveillance video of the bridge around 6 p.m., police said.
Rescue units from numerous departments searched for the woman Wednesday evening and all day Thursday without any results, said Kieran O'Leary, spokesman for the Westchester County police.
The department has not released the woman's identity or age.
