Stony Point Marijuana Grow House Raided, Owner Faces Felony Drug Charges

STONY POINT, N.Y. – A Stony Point man is facing felony drug charges after police say they raided his marijuana grow house last week, according to multiple media reports.

Police told lohud.com that Vincent Guarino, 36, was running a state-of-the-art cannabis operation at his home at 3 Lenni Lenape Court, in an upscale residential neighborhood with manicured lawns and swimming pools.

Seized during the raid were dozens of marijuana plants and about 10 pounds of pot, lohud.com reported.

Guarino, who was released on $500 bail, was charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony, and unlawfully growing cannabis, a misdemeanor, the lohud.com story said.
