STONY POINT, N.Y. -- Stony Point residents will get the chance to comment on a proposed mixed-use development at a hearing this Thursday, Jan. 28, according to a report by lohud.com
Developer Wayne Corts’ plans for the 44-acre site overlooking the Hudson call for more than 200 condominiums and rental units, a marina, a restaurant and commercial space, the lohud article said.
Corts owns a marina and yacht club in the town.
The hearing is set for 7 p.m. at the Rho building, 5 Clubhouse Lane, lohud reported.
