HAVERSTRAW, N.Y. -- Anna T. Rowe, 69, passed away suddenly, June 12, 2016.
She was born July 15, 1946 in Brooklyn, to George and Mary Devereux. She moved to Haverstraw when she was 8 and attended St Peters RC School and graduated from Haverstraw High school.
She was a resident of North Rockland for many years. She was employed by Grand Union as a meat wrapper for 25 years. She also worked in food service at Helen Hayes Hospital and Northern Riverview Healthcare Center, where she retired after many years of service.
Rowe had a great love of family, especially her grandchildren, whom she adored.
She is survived by her son, Frederick A. Rowe and Veronica Rowe; daughters, Shasta L. Rowe-Valle and wife Vivica Valle, Kelly A. Rowe-Masi and wife Jaclyn Masi; sister, Dorothy Romito; grandchildren, Nastassja, Frederick and Michael Rowe and Salvatore Masi; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Rowe was predeceased by her mother, Mary Devereux ; and sister, Agnes Henderson.
