Those locations included the parking lot of a drug recovery center, authorities said.
According to a report by T he Times Herald-Record , the indictment identified Kyle James and Jamar Shaw as the reputed leaders of the drug ring.
The indictment also charges James and Loren Perry, another member, with using and carrying guns during the alleged drug operations, the Times Herald-Record story said.
