STONY POINT, N.Y. -- A traffic stop in North Rockland on Friday resulted in charges against two men.
Robert A. Sullivan, 31. of Stony Point was charged with driving while intoxicated and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Passenger Timothy Hand was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The two were in possession of cocaine and unprescribed narcotic pills, police said.
They were both arrested, processed and released on appearance tickets returnable at the Stony Point Justice Court on Dec. 20.
