STONY POINT, N.Y. -- A clerk at an unnamed Stony Point business is facing charges in connection with the theft of a customer’s credit card, police said.
Armando L. Castillo, 22, of Haverstraw, was arrested on Tuesday, March 1, and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, police said.
Castillo used the stolen card to buy things, police said. He was released and is to appear in court in April, police said..
