Man, 25, Nabbed For Vehicle Theft In Stony Point

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Stony Point man was nabbed for vehicle theft after taking a resident's vehicle without permission.

Stony Point Police arrested Jessie McDonnell, 25, on Saturday, Nov. 11, after responding to a complaint of a vehicle theft at the Mountain View Mobile Home Park, said Lt. Daniel Hylas.

An investigation found that McDonnell took the vehicle without permission. Police are also still investigating the theft of other property that was missing, Hylas said.

McDonnell was released without bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 7.
