STONY POINT, N.Y. -- Stony Point police had to struggle to arrest a Monroe man following a traffic accident on Friday, according to Stony Point Police.
The struggle took place when officers were attempting to arrest Stephen K. Setteducati, 36, following the accident, said Lt. Keith Williams.
"When he was told he was being placed under arrest he began to struggle and resist," Williams said. "He didn't attack the officers, but he did resist arrest."
Setteducati was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He was released on $500 bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 16.
