Man Takes Pictures, Video Of Woman In Changing Room, State Police Say

A man is behind bars after state police say he took pictures and video of a woman in a changing room of a Hudson Valley department store.

State police arrested Jesus E. Miranda 22, of the Town of Highlands on a charge of unlawful surveillance.

Miranda used his cell phone to take the pictures and video of the woman while she was in the changing room of a department store in Monroe.

Miranda was arraigned in the Town of Monroe Justice Court and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail and $15,000 bond.
