Man Violates Orders Of Protection To Two Tomkins Cove Homes, Police Say

STONY POINT, N.Y. --  A homeless man was charged with violating two protective orders at two Tomkins Cove homes on Sunday after he attempted to send a taxi to one of the homes, according to Stony Point Police.

Austin Parks, 46, was charged with two counts of criminal contempt after Stony Point Police located him after he attempted to send a taxi to one of the residences to pick up the protected person, said Lt. Daniel Hylas.

Once located, Parks was arraigned and is being held at the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail, said Hylas.
