Nanuet Man, 23, Driving Erratically On Route 59 Was Drunk, Sheriff Says

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Nanuet man was nabbed for DWI after being spotted driving in an erratic manner Sunday on Route 59 by a Rockland County Sheriff's Deputy, according to Sheriff Louis Falco.

When stopped by the deputy around 3:20 a.m., Sean Forrest, 23, was found to be intoxicated and arrested, said Sgt. Al Brunner.

He was charged with operation of a vehicle with a blood alcohol level over 0.08 percent or more and DWI, Brunner said.

He was released and is scheduled to appear in court on June 13.
