Stony Point Man Faces Charges After Domestic Dispute

STONY POINT, N.Y. -- A 35-year-old Stony Point man is facing a criminal mischief charge as a result of a police investigation into a domestic dispute that resulted in property damage, police said.

Filipe Morales, of Debby Lane, Stony Point, was released on the promise to return to court at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 19, police said. Also, he's been ordered to stay away from the other party, police said.

Police made the arrest Tuesday after investigating a complaint about property damaged during an argument, police said.
