STONY POINT, N.Y. -- A Stony Point man was arrested Sunday after threatening his wife in front of their children during a fight, according to Stony Point Police.
Robert Stack, 54, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, harassment, and unlawful imprisonment after threatening his wife and forcibly restraining her when she attempted to call the police, said Lt. Keith Williams.
All of this occurred in front of the couple's children, he added.
A temporary order of protection was issued against Stack, who was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 7.
