STONY POINT, N.Y. – A Tomkins Cove man was jailed after Stony Point police said he harassed two people.
Austin E. Parks, 45, damaged one target’s tire and called the other several times despite warnings by police not to do so, Police Chief Brian J. Moore said Monday.
On December 5, 2016, the Stony Point Police Department arrested the above individual on the above listed charges.
Parks was “processed, arraigned and remanded to the Rockland County Correctional Facility in lieu of cash bail” on charges of aggravated harassment and criminal mischief, the chief said.
