STONY POINT, N.Y. -- A 19-year-old Tomkins Cove woman is facing charges after Stony Point police determined the car she was driving was stolen, police said.
Rosemary McCoy, of Thunder Mountain Road, is charged with petty larceny, third-degree criminal possession of stolen property and fifth-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, police said. She is due back in court at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 7, police said.
A police investigation showed she took the car from a home on Spring Street in Stony Point, police said.
