Stony Point Police Report Numerous Arrests

STONY POINT, N.Y. -- A West Haverstraw man faces vehicle and drug charges after he was pulled over in Stony Point, police said.

Jeffrey Wilcox, 21, was arrested on Thursday and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine). Police said that Wilcox was driving with a suspended driver’s license.

Wilcox was released and ordered to appear in Stony Point Justice Court on Thursday, March 17.

Stony Point police also reported making several other arrests:

  • Cornelius Houston , 37, of Montgomery, N.Y. was arrested on Thursday and charged with second-degree unlicensed operation. Police said Houston’s license had been revoked for failing to submit to a chemical test. He posted a bail of $100 and is to appear in court on Tuesday, March 15.
  • Eugene Flood , 54, of Highland Mills, was arrested on Thursday and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Searched during the traffic stop, he was found to have Oxycodone and Adderall pills, police said. Flood is to appear in court on Tuesday, March 15.
  • Gregg Villmann , 23, of Stony Point, is facing charges of second-degree criminal impersonation after he was arrested, police said, on a warrant out of Clarkstown. He was turned over the Clarkstown police.
  • Jennifer Hepp , 29, who told police she was homeless, was arrested during a vehicle and traffic stop on Feb. 18 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (crack cocaine). She is to appear in Stony Point Justice Court on Tuesday, March 15.
  • Ryan Sirico , 22, of Mohegan Lake, was pulled over by police on Feb. 18 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. He is to appear in Stony Point Justice Court on Tuesday, March 15.
