Stony Point Resident Charged With Public Lewdness

STONY POINT, N.Y. -- Stony Point police have arrested a 66-year-old resident of the town on a public lewdness charge, according to police.

Officers responded to a report of a male walking around in the nude on Monday, police report.

Police saw the suspect, identified as Frank J. Chillino, walking around the outside area of his residence with his genitals exposed, according to officials.

The defendant was arrested, processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable on Tuesday, June 21, police report.
