WOODBOURNE, N.Y. -- Three officers at Sullivan Correctional Facility were cleared in the death of inmate Karl Taylor, according to a report on Time Warner Cable News.
Twenty inmates were interviewed and gave testimony as part of the investigation, according to Time Warner Cable News. A grand jury declined to indict the officers.
Taylor died from cardiac arrest earlier this year after an altercation with the three correctional officers. The officers were injured during the altercation, Time Warner Cable News reported.
