Michelle Torres-Squillante, 47, was arrested following an investigation that determined she entered an occupied home on Filors Lane, and after rifling through bedroom drawers, stole money from two bedrooms, said Stony Point Police Lt. Daniel Hylas.
Torres-Squillante knew the residents of the home, he added.
She was charged with felony burglary and larceny. She is being held at the Rockland County Jail on $2,500 bail.
