Two Charged After Teenage Girl Found Intoxicated At Rockland House Party

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- A pair of 21-year-olds are facing charges after Ramapo Police broke up a house party in Wesley Hills early Saturday morning in which they say they found a teenage girl who was intoxicated and subsequently hospitalized.

Responding officers found a very large party at the house after receiving a report of a female vomiting and possible intoxicated.

The 19-year-old, who was found to be ill and intoxicated, was treated by Rockland Paramedics and transported to Good Samaritan Hospital, police said She was treated and released to her parents.

Additional officers responded and said they found several attendees of the party to be under the age of 21 and that they had consumed alcohol, police said. All those individuals were released to parents, according to police.

Police said they determined that the party was hosted by students from Ramapo College.

Two males, both age 21 and residing at the home, were arrested and charged with unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree, prohibited sales of alcohol and criminal nuisance. They were been released on bail and were ordered to appear in the Wesley Hills Justice Court next month
