Alarms at two commercial locations alerted police around 1:28 a.m. and 1:33 a.m., according to the Stony Point Police Department.
The locations that were burglarized were not identified by police.
Several other police agencies in Rockland and Orange counties were investigating similar incidents that occurred early Wednesday morning. The Stony Point Detective Bureau is working with these other departments to identify the suspects, according to police.
The other agencies that responded to the burglaries were Haverstraw Town Police Department, Rockland County Sheriff’s Patrol, the county Bureau of Criminal Investigations and the state police.
