NYACK, N.Y. -- A $30 million development will bring luxury apartments to a former industrial site in Nyack, according to lohud.com.

Pavion apartments will offer 135 studio, one- and two-bedroom rentals, with 14 set aside for affordable housing, according to lohud.com.

The waterfront two, three-story buildings will border Cedar Hill Avenue, and South Franklin and Hudson streets, according to lohud.com.

Nyack Brook will be factored into the project and a park will be incorporated as well, according to lohud.com.
