Weather Forecast Prompts Change Of Venue For North Rockland Graduation

NORTH ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Students, parents and visiting family should take note that the North Rockland High School Graduation ceremony planned for Friday, has been moved to Rockland Community College due to impending bad weather.

The ceremony will be held at 6 p.m. at the College, 145 College Road, in Suffern at the Field House.

Attendees are asked to arrive early due to the heavy volume of traffic expected.

The National Weather Service is calling for a 60 percent chance of thunderstorms Friday evening, with some capable of producing heavy rain.
