HAVERSTRAW, N.Y. -- An opening ceremony to launch the the 400th Anniversary Celebration of Haverstraw is set for Feb. 22 at 8 p.m. at Robin E. Rosenberg President, Garnerville Arts & Industrial Center, 55 West Railroad Ave., Garnerville.
