Haverstraw Police Release Images Of Garnerville Bank Robber

GARNERVILLE, N.Y. -- Haverstraw police on Thursday night released images of a man they say robbed a Chase Bank at Rosman Road and Route 202.

The suspect entered the bank around 2 p.m. on Tuesday and claimed to have a gun, according to a post on the police department's Facebook page.

Though the suspect did not show a gun, police said he left the bank with an unspecified amount of cash. No injuries were reported.

The suspect can be seen in the photographs wearing dark pants, sneakers, a dark, long-sleeved shirt with a design on the front, blue fabric near the collar and stars on either shoulder; and a dark baseball cap.
