STONY POINT, N.Y. -- The Stony Point Police Department arrested a 42-year-old Stony Point woman on Tuesday, Aug. 9, after an incident in which police say she ran into her husband with a car.
Lillian Vargas allegedly struck her husband with a car in a domestic dispute, police say.
She's been charged with assault, reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child. She's due in court on Thursday, Sept. 1.
At the scene, Vargas was treated by the EMS team that responded, and she refused any further medical treatment.
