Hudson Valley Man Known For 'Dispensary Bus' Busted Selling Pot To Minors, Police Say A Hudson Valley man known for his makeshift "dispensary bus" was busted for allegedly selling cannabis to people under the age of 21. The arrest took place in Dutchess County around 4:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 26 in East Fishkill. According to East Fishkill Police, Orange County resident Eli E. Herrera, age 22, of Monroe, was charged with criminal sale of cannabis and unlawful sale of cannabis. The crash occurred in Orange County around 1 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 27 on I-87 in Woodbury killing Otsego County resident Erika J. Gargan, age 36, of Schuyler Lake. Person Hit, Killed By MTA Train In Orange County A person was struck and killed by a Metro-North train in the Hudson Valley. The incident occurred in Orange County around 2 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 27 in Tuxedo. According to a Metro-North spokesperson, an unauthorized person was on the tracks when struck east of Tuxedo Station and killed. No criminality is suspected, officials said.
